Pipe support production requirements

Some requirements for the production of support and hanger.  

1. The installation height of the flat bracket: the bracket below the floor of 4 meters is 1.5-1.8m from the ground, and 1.65 meters is appropriate. If the floor is over 4 meters, it will be distributed evenly in proportion.  

2. It is advisable to have 2 to 5 thread pitches exposed at the bolts of the pipe clamps, and flat mesons should be installed to fasten the nuts.  

3. The bracket must be painted first and then installed. According to the regulations, two times of anti-rust paint and two times of topcoat should be added.  

4. All holes of the bracket must be drilled, and gas cutting holes shall not be used.  

5. The depth of expansion bolts should fully take into account the thickness of the blasting layer.  

6. Promote the use of shared brackets. For some brackets used in a large area, it is advisable to make a model first, so as to point to the surface.  

7. The levelness and verticality of the pipe support should be within ±1 mm/m error.  

8. If the bracket bottom plate is replaced by angle steel, it should be installed with a larger angle steel than the main profile and rotated 90°
