The purpose and scope of application of the spring support hanger

The spring support hanger is designed according to the principle of moment balance. Within the specified load displacement range, the load moment and the spring moment are always balanced. Therefore, when the pipelines and equipment supported by constant hoisting are displaced, a constant supporting force can be obtained, and no additional stress will be brought to the pipelines and equipment. Constant hanging is generally used in places where displacement stress needs to be reduced, such as the boiler body of a power station, the suspension parts of steam, water, smoke ducts and burners in power plants, as well as petrochemical equipment and other places where displacement stress needs to be reduced. This standard is applicable to variable spring supports and hangers with a displacement range of VS (0-180mm), TD (0-120mm), a load range of 154-217384N, and an operating temperature range of -20°C to 200°C.
