When choosing a spring hanger, the choice of spring components is particularly important, which mainly depends on the size of the pipe displacement and the load conditions.
2. Pipe hanger: For pipes laid neither against the wall nor against the column, or if it is against the wall or column but cannot be installed for some reason, various hangers can be installed under the floor, under the beam or on the side of the column to use Hang the pipes. The boom of the hanger can be made of round steel to form a flexible structure, or can be made of section steel to make a rigid structure, but neither the flexible hanger nor the rigid hanger can be used as a fixed pipe frame.
3. Pipe support:
1) Horizontal pipe supports laid overhead. When horizontal pipelines are laid overhead along a column or wall, various methods of brackets rooted on the column (referred to as column brackets) can be selected according to the size of the load, the number of pipelines, the length of the required pipe bracket and the installation method, or A bracket that takes root on the wall (referred to as a wall bracket). The post or wall mounts of these methods can be depicted as movable mounts, fixed mounts, guide mounts, and can also be assembled into spring mounts as needed and possible.
2) Ground flat tube and straight elbow bracket. Some pipes are close to the ground or have a large interval from walls, columns, beams, floor bottoms, etc., and it is not convenient for them to take root on the above-mentioned layout. ”, so it should not be used as a cryotube holder. If necessary, the height should also be small, and the metal bracket should be wrapped in the thermal insulation layout of the pipeline, and a wooden block should be placed under it to avoid forming a "cold bridge".
