Introduction of socketed steel grating (socketed steel grating).

Socketed steel grating, also known as pressure-locked steel grating, is a kind of steel grating product with large load-bearing capacity. It is made of certain size of carbon flat steel, stainless steel, brass plate, aluminum plate by slotting (hole), inserting and crimping, welding, finishing and other processes. Due to its structure of vertical two-directional butt-insertion, the interlocking grating can provide better lateral (grating width direction) bearing capacity, and can effectively prevent the problem of tilting instability of large-size bearing flat steel.

Surface treatment of interlocking grating (interlocking grating).

The surface treatment of socket grating: hot dip galvanized (hot dip galvanized), cold dip galvanized (electro galvanized), spray paint, dip plastic, rust proof paint and uncoated.

Classification of socket grating (socket grating).

According to different insertion methods and different insertion angles, it can be divided into common type inserted steel grating, integral type inserted steel grating, sunshade type inserted steel grating, etc.

1、Ordinary type inserted steel grating: It means that the flat steel acting as a crossbar is smaller than the type of load-bearing flat steel. This has the characteristics of interlocking grating and can save cost.

2、Integrated steel grating: The bearing flat steel and crossbar flat steel have the same height, and the depth of groove cutting is 1/2 of the bearing flat steel.

3、Shade type interlocking steel grating: the bearing flat steel has 30 degree or 45 degree oblique groove, and the cross bar flat steel has groove and compression lock forming.

Generally speaking, the processing height of the production interpolated steel grating is 100mm, and the length of the grating is usually less than 2000mm.
