Hydraulic Snubber

1. Hydraulic damper is a kind of vibration control device with sensitive response to speed. In the pipeline in normal working conditions, it can adapt to the pipeline because of thermal expansion and contraction caused by the slow movement of the pipeline, and almost no damping; in special conditions, the pipeline receives an instantaneous impact, the hydraulic damper can become close to a rigid mechanism to support the pipeline, so that the pipeline to avoid damage.
The YZN series hydraulic dampers developed by our company are widely used in nuclear power plants, thermal power plants, petrochemical and other industries.
Product features:
1. Clear displacement indication
2. Simple, symmetrical and compact structure, easy to install.
3. Small friction, short dynamic response time, large damping force during dynamic response.
4. Excellent compatibility between seals and media.

VISCOUS DAMPER

Fluid viscous dampers are hydraulic devices that dissipate the kinetic energy of seismic events and cushion the effects between structures. Fluid viscous damper consists of cylinder, piston, piston rod, bushing, medium, pin head and other major parts. The piston reciprocates in the cylinder. The piston is equipped with a damping structure and the cylinder is filled with fluid damping medium.

How does a fluid damper work?

When an external stimulus (e.g. earthquake, wind vibration) reaches the engineered structure, the engineered structure deforms and drives the damper into motion, thus generating a pressure difference on different sides of the piston. The medium then passes through the damping structure to generate a damping force, which results in a power exchange (mechanical energy exchanged for thermal energy). This reduces the vibration of the engineering structure.
Where are dampers used?
1,Fluid viscous dampers are widely used in today's structural engineering as an efficient solution for energy consumption. The areas of application are as follows.
2,Civil buildings: multi-storey and large-span buildings such as houses, office buildings, shopping malls, etc.

3,Lifeline engineering: hospitals, schools, urban functional buildings, etc.

4,Industrial use: factory buildings, towers, industrial equipment.

5,Bridges: pedestrian bridges, viaducts, etc.

6,Military, power station, petrochemical, steel industry.
