Pipe bracket bracket spacing

1. The principle of determining the spacing of general pipeline fixed brackets

①. The pipe fixing bracket is used to withstand the thrust generated by the thermal expansion and contraction of the pipeline. For this reason, the bracket and the foundation need to be strong to withstand the thrust.

②. The size of the distance between the fixed brackets directly affects the economy of the pipe network. Therefore, it is required to arrange the fixed brackets reasonably, so that the allowable distance between the fixed brackets is increased to reduce the number of pipe racks.

2. The conditions that the distance between the fixed brackets must meet

①. The thermal elongation of the pipeline shall not exceed the allowable compensation amount of the compensator;

2. The thrust generated by the thermal expansion of the pipe section shall not exceed the allowable thrust value that the fixed bracket can bear;

③ It is not advisable to make the pipeline bend longitudinally.

3. The maximum length of the straight pipe section of the thermal pipeline without a compensator
