Galvanized Grating

There are two kinds of galvanized steel grating: hot-dip galvanized steel grating and electro-galvanized steel grating.

Galvanized is a surface treatment often used for steel products in order to enhance the anti-corrosion ability. After hot-dip galvanized treatment, the surface of steel grating appears silvery-white, with 30-year anti-corrosion and anti-rust ability, which is used in outdoor, humid indoor and other vicious environments, and in projects with higher requirements for anti-corrosion. After galvanized treatment, the surface of steel grating plate presents bright silver color with blue-white luster, which is suitable for indoor dry environment and has certain decoration, but its anti-corrosion ability is poor.

Classification of galvanized steel grating (galvanized steel grating).

Divided by manufacturing process: pressure-welded galvanized steel grating and pressure-locked galvanized steel grating also called interlocking galvanized steel grating.

According to the surface shape of galvanized flat steel: Toothed galvanized steel grating, flat galvanized steel grating, I-shaped galvanized steel grating and composite galvanized steel grating.

According to the use: galvanized platform grating, galvanized power plant grating, galvanized drainage ditch cover, galvanized grating guardrail, galvanized grating ceiling, galvanized stair treads, etc..

The choice of raw materials for galvanized steel grating (galvanized steel grating): 

1、Flat steel: material is Q235A or stainless steel, there are ordinary flat type, anti-slip tooth type and section I type. Common specifications are 20*5, 25*5, 25*3, 32*5, 32*5, 40*5, 40*3, 50*5, 65*5, 75*6, 100*8, 100*10, etc. Our company has 5 sets of advanced longitudinal shear flat steel production lines, which can process and produce various specifications of Q235 material longitudinal shear flat steel.

2、Cross bar/twisted steel: round steel, twisted square steel, square steel or hexagonal steel made of Q235A or 304 stainless steel. Commonly available in 6mm and 8mm.

Production method of galvanized steel grating.

Machine press-welded steel grating is made of load flat bars and cross bars arranged warp and weft at a certain spacing, welded into the original plate by 200 tons hydraulic resistance welding automatic equipment, and processed into the products required by customers through the process of cutting, opening, wrapping and other processes. If the quantity is small, it can be welded by manual two-bond welding.

Loaded flat steel spacing: the center distance of two adjacent loaded flat steel, commonly used 30MM, 40MM two.

Crossbar spacing: the center distance of two adjacent crossbars is usually 50MM, 100, two kinds, can be produced according to customer requirements.
