Structural Design

The valve body is constructed from 2mm galvanized steel plates using cold rolling technology, then assembled with CO₂ gas shielded welding or spot welding for galvanized sheets. The blades are made of 1mm corrugated galvanized steel or 2mm G235 steel and are securely spot-welded to square or round shafts to ensure strength and durability.

Application Scope

This product is widely used in industrial and commercial HVAC systems, particularly in areas that require accurate airflow regulation. It is ideal for fresh air intake, return air regulation, and air mixing in various ventilation modes.
