Production method of marine steel grating.

Press-welded steel grating is made of load flat bars and cross bars arranged warp and weft at a certain spacing, welded into the original plate by 200 tons hydraulic resistance welding automatic equipment, and processed into the products required by customers through the processes of cutting, opening, wrapping and so on.

Loaded flat steel spacing: the center distance of two adjacent loaded flat steel, commonly used 30MM, 40MM two.

Spacing of cross bars: The center spacing of two adjacent cross bars is usually 50MM, 100, two kinds, can be produced according to customer's requirements.
